Hridaya offer yoga and meditation courses and retreats in Mexico and France. Hridaya means spiritual heart and all that they are is infused in love. I spent three months in Mazunte, Mexico offering my services as a karma yogi and it was a profound experience. I would recommend Hridaya to everyone. If you don't have the time to do a full course or a retreat, pop into their drop-in meditation and yoga classes.
I visit Tony on a regular basis for a Shiatsu massage. Tony is attentive, embraces a holistic approach, has magic hands and most importantly is a really lovely person. I would recommend him for Shiatsu as well as Qi-gong.
