Easy to make, delicious dairy-free choc chip cookies
Ingredients
Butter | 1/2 cup or 115 grams |
Brown sugar | 1/2 cup |
Milk | 1/4 cup |
Vanilla essence | 1 teaspoon |
Plain white flour | 1 1/2 cups |
Almond flour | 1/2 cup |
Baking soda | 1 teaspoon |
Baking powder | 1 teaspoon |
Salt | 1/2 teaspoon |
Cocoa nibs | 1 cup |
Method
1 | Preheat oven to 175 degrees celsius or gas mark 4 |
2 | Cream the Butta and brown sugar and add milk and vanilla essense |
3 | In a separate bowl mix together all the dry ingredients |
4 | Combine the wet with the dry ingredients and fold in the cocoa nibs |
5 | Prepare baking trays with parchment sheet or rub with Butta |
6 | Take spoons of mixture and place on parchment, patting down to a biscuit shape with similar thickness throughout |
7 | Bake for 7 - 10 minutes |
8 | Remove from oven and leave to cool on a baking rack |
